Low Fat Vegetable Dip

Ingredients
* cottage cheese nordica 1% low fat, 1 cup Kraft Light Done Right Ranch Salad Dressing, 12 tbsp (remove)Basil, 2 tbsp Garlic, 2 tsp *Kraft Parmesian cheese, grated, 15 tsp
Directions
Put cottage cheese and low fat ranch in blender with 1/4 cup of boiling water. Blend till creamy. In small fry pan add 1 T water, mince fresh basil and combine with garlic. Heat until water is evaporated over low heat. Pour cottage cheese mixture into small mixing bowl. Whisk in basil mixture. Whisk in parmesian cheese. Cover with saran wrap and foil and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Serve with cucumber chips, carrots sticks, celery sticks.
