Three eggs, only use two whites and one yellow.Spinach, fresh, frozen, drained cannedGraded Smoky Gouda Cheese(Add if you have chopped or graded onions, colored peppers)Pepper (I never salt anything)
Put everything in a plastic bowl. If you use a recycled butter tub, or cottage cheese you can trash when finished. And it will not require any greasing. Beat eggs, add everything else in same container. Microwave one minute, stir, set microwave for additional thirty seconds. Top with some graded smoked Gouda cheese. Then run into bathroom, really quick shower, or primping. It will be too hot to eat for a couple minutes anyway. Done. Trash the container enjoy your healthy scramble.
