1 box whole wheat or Smart Taste ziti noodles1 lg. bottle spaghetti sauce (28 oz)15 oz. container fat free ricotta cheese2 c. part-skim mozzarella cheese1/4 c. egg substitute(salt, pepper, oregano, garlic, parsley to taste)1 lb. lean ground turkey, browned (optional)
Makes a 9"x13" pan of ziti.
Boil noodles. Mix all ingredients, spoon into 9x13 pan, sprinkle all with parmesan (optional). Cover in foil and fake for 30 min. at 375 degrees F.
