Clark Oven Omelette

Ingredients
3 servings of turkey sausage6 pieces of sugar free whole grain wheat bread (50 cals per slice)6 large eggs1.5 cups of 1% milk2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown sausage (and at your option add veggies like onion or pepper)
Layer bread in 9x13 pan
Mix milk and eggs in bowl
Crumble sausage and pour over bread
Add egg/milk mixture
Pour cheese on top
Add veggies at your option
Bake at 350 for 20 mins.

Makes 6 servings. Can add onions, mushrooms, peppers to increase veggie content.
