~ 1 Bag of Yoplait Frozen Smoothie in desired flavor~ 2 cups of Vanilla Silk Soymilk, or desired milk product~ 1/2 cup of water~ 2 tbsp of Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseeds
Combine all ingredients in blender, putting in frozen smoothie pieces first, then liquid, then ground flaxseed.
Blend ingredients together, starting from low, then increasing steadily to high. Blend until all ingredients become smooth.
