Ground Turkey Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
5 Carrots, chopped3 Onions, chopped2 cans diced tomatoes1 large head of cabbage1 envelope dry onion soup mix1 can cut green beans, drained2 green bell peppers, diced10 stalks celery, chopped1 can beef broth1.2 lbs of ground turkey
Directions
I would say each serving is about a cup if not more depending on how big your veggies are

Add enough water to cover vegetables

I slow cook my recipe for 10 hours overnight but you can also make it now. Just put in a pot and cover and simmer until vegetables are tender and turkey is cooked through.

I pan fry my turkey for 5 minutes before using some beef seasoning to give it flavor
