Choc. Chip Banana Bread

1/2 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk1 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar8 TBSP's Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft)1TBSP Vanilla Extract1 tsp salt3 bananas2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour1 tsp Baking Soda85 grams Chocolate Chips Average store brand1 oz Chopped Pecans (Fisher's Brand)
1. Cream sugar & country crock.
2. Mix in milk & vanilla.
3. Mix in banana's
4. In separate bowl combine flour, baking soda & salt.
5. Combine both mixtures.
6. Mix in Choc. chips
7.Grease 2 8in bread pans
8. Split mixture between two pans.
9. Use half of the nuts to sprinkle on top of each of the loafs of bread.
10. Cook @ 350 for 1 hour or until an incerted toothpick comes out clean.
