Pumpkin Bread Muffins

Ingredients
Cleaner version is:1 3/4c. whole wheat flour1 tsp. baking soda1 c. raw sugar or artificial sweetener3/4 sea salt1 tsp. cinnamon1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice8 oz canned pure pumpkin no salt added2 beaten eggs1/4 grapeseed oil 1/4c. unsweetened applesauce1/3c. waterOptional1/4c. raisins1/2c. chopped walnuts
Directions
Makes 12 muffins.

Mix all dry ingredients and then add wet ingredients until combined. Add raisins and/or nuts if desired. Pour into lightly greased muffin pan or into paper lined pan. Bake at 350 about 25 minutes. Place on rack to cool. Freezes well :)
