Ingredients
1/2 lb. salmon fillet2 Tbsp. Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze10 grape tomatoes, quartered1/2 small cucumber, peeled, sliced and quartered1/4 c red onion, diced1 large hard boiled egg, chopped3/4 c frozen corn, cooked1/4 tsp garlic powdersalt & pepper to taste2 large thin white wraps
Directions
Heat oven to 350F. Place fillet in shallow baking dish, and coat with teriyaki glaze. Bake until done (about 30 minutes).

While fish cooks, prep vegetables and cook egg. In small mixing bowl, combine tomato, cucumber and onion. Add salt & pepper. Add egg and garlic salt, mixing well. Add cooked corn and stir. Set aside until fish is done.

When fish is done, lift meat from the skin and drop into bowl with vegetables. Be sure to remove all skin. I also remove the dark part of the meat from the bottom. Mix well.

Place wraps into hot oven for about 30 seconds, to make pliable. Fill each wrap with half of the fish mixture, and enjoy!
