Ingredients
1 Haddock filetjuice of 1/4 lime1/2 Tblsp light mayo3/4 Tblsp butter, meltedonion powdersaltpepper3 Tblsp corn flake crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place fixh in an 11x 7 pan.
Mix mayo, lime juice, and spices and spread mixture evenly over fish. Sprinkle the corn flake crumbs over the fish, and then drizzle with the melted butter. Bake for 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
