3 Hard Boiled Whole Eggs, chopped3 Cans of Tuna in Water, drained1/3 Cup Onions, chopped / diced1/3 Cup Celery, chopped 1/3 Cup Carrots, chopped / diced1 tsp Lime Juice (fresh)1/3 Cup Kosher Dill Pickles (0 Cal), chopped / diced8 tbsp Mayonaisse (if is light better)
Directions
Mix all the ingredients, serve with a lettuce leaf instead bread; 10 servings.
