1 lb Ground turkey.5 cup cooked brown rice1/2 cup onion8 oz. can of tomato saucesalt, pepper, and garlic powder to tasteAbout 3 large green peppers
Cook rice and cool. Add rice to ground turkey. Add onion, one can of tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Cut green peppers in half and clean out seeds. Fill pepper cups with meat mixture. Bake at 350 for approx. 45 minutes or until golden and pepper is soft. Makes about 6 large green pepper halves.
