London Broil, 18 oz (remove)*Potato, raw, 4 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove)Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)Barley, pearled, raw, .66 cup (remove)Lentils, .66 cup (remove)*Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry, 4 serving (remove)Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*club house Brown Gravy Mix 1/4 packet, 4 serving (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
Chop up london broil, potatoes, carrots and place in slow cooker. Add in chopped onion, minced garlic. and water. Set cooker on high and cook for 2 hours. Then add rinsed barley and lentils and continue cooking until barley and lentils are soft. Add gravy mix to a small amount of water and add to cooker. Add spices to taste.
