Ingredients
16 ounces lean ground sirloin2 cans of low sodium diced tomatoes1/2 large onion3 cloves garlic2 cups whole wheat pasta1.5 cups fresh mushrooms sliced
Directions
Cook ground sirloin, onion, and garlic until beef is cooked. Add pasta, tomatoes, and mushrooms, as well as one can of water. Cover and cook on low until the pasta is soft, approx 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Makes approx 6 one cup servings.
