Ingredients
2 lbs Sirloin Steak cut into 1" cubes1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped Bell Pepper3 cloves Garlic, chopped2 cups water2 pkg dry Brown Gravy Mix4 cups Rice
Directions
Makes 4 servings

Brown meat in pot

Add all other ingredients excluding rice

Bring to boil, lower heat simmer 15 min

Serve over rice
