Peas and carrots, frozen, 1 lbTofu, firm, 1 block Trader Joes Curry Simmer Sauce, 3.5 serving (whole jar)
Directions
Defrost peas and carrots and cube tofu. Add tofu, veggies, and curry sauce to skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
