Baked Cod with Fresh Vegetables

Ingredients
1 lb fresh cod2 c fresh baby spinch1 c fresh sliced mushrooms2 medium ripe tomatoes; diced1 tsp onion powder1 tsp kosher salt1 tbs black pepper
Directions
Place spinach and mushroom and baking dish. Sprinkle with onion pwder and place fresh cod on top. Top this with the freshly diced tomatoes and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake about 25 minutes (depending on how thick the filet is)
