VTmelwel's Slow Cooker Kimchi Jigae

Ingredients
14 oz jar of King's Spicy Kimchi4 oz peeled Shrimp1 clove Garlic2 cups of frozen 3 pepper and onion blend 1 Tbsp vegetable oil2 cups Water
Directions
1. Add all ingredients into a slow cooker (crockpot).

2. Set slow cooker on low for 3-4 hours

3. Enjoy!

    This was delicious! I love kimchi and shrimp both and the combination of the two was great. The only recommendation I have is to make the recipe larger because I have a large slow cooker and because it's so good I would like to feed more than two people. - 12/16/11
