1 Head of Romaine lettuce6 Fresh Kale leaves1 large lemon peeled2 Fuji ( or other sweet ) Apples2" to 3" slice of Fresh GingerThrow everything in the juicer.Pour into two large glasses add Ice. ENJOY!!!Makes 2 servings

This sounds awful but is soooo good. It is so refreshing! I was drinking this daily and found I actually craved it. You won't believe how refreshing and satisfying it is. I didn't use the ginger since I don't really like it and I peeled the lemon since i found the peel made it a bit bitter. - 7/24/09
