2 large eggs16 oz Bertolli Italian Sausage, Garlic, & Romano Sauce16 oz Barilla Rigatoni Pasta15 oz Ricotta Cheese, Part-Skim (I used GV Brand)8 oz Sargento Italian Six Cheese MixPam or other fat-free cooking spray
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2) Cook pasta according to package instructions.
3) In large bowl, combine cooked pasta, sauce, eggs, ricotta cheese, and six cheese blend. Mix until well blended and pasta is evenly coated.
4) Spray bottom of 13x9 inch casserole dish with Pam.
5) Pour pasta mixture into casserole dish & cover with Aluminum foil.
6) Bake for 20 minutes covered, remove foil, and bake an additional 10 minutes.
Makes 8 servings (13x9 inch casserole dish divided evenly into 8 servings).
