Vegetarian Spaghetti Bolognese Sauce

Ingredients
1. C. TVP2 red bell peppers, seeded and chopped1 onion diced6 cloves garlic, minced2 containers ragu sauce3 cups mushrooms, sliced thick
Directions
Reconstitute TVP by pouring 1 Cup of boiling water.

In a large pot, saute peppers, onion, garlic and mushrooms until tender, add ragu sauce and tvp and simmer.

About the time I put the sauce & TVP in I start boiling my water for pasta, then when the pasta is done, I top with the simmered sauce.

I feed this to some fussy eaters and they haven't realized it's TVP yet. LOL I'm sure one day the boys will catch me cooking, but so far they haven't a clue (and this is from people who swear they hate tofu,etc).
