Donna's chuck steak w/onions, potatoes, and carrots

.89 lb of Chuck steak (about 4 steaks)1 16 oz. package of Baby Carrots8 small red potatoes cut into quarters1 medium vidalia onion2 tablespoons of Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb
Wash meat, potatoes and carrots well. Peel the onion and cut into pieces about 2 inches each. Place the steak in the bottom of a crock pot then sprinkle with Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning. Layer ingredients from the bottom in this order:

Carrots
Add 8-10 ounces of water to the crock pot and set on low. Let cook for about 8-10 hours or until potatoes and carrots are done.
