OMG, I made this meal on Friday w/ some baked french fries for family and friends and it was awesome. Everyone loved it and couldn't believe it was low in calories. It was delicious and it made me feel good knowing I was eating healthy. Thanks for the recipe! - 11/28/09

This was AMAZING! Really spicy, so you can get a few extra glasses of water in. Ate it on a whole-wheat tortilla with a 1/2 T of lite blue cheese dressing. I doubled the recipie for leftovers. My family inhaled it! - 6/17/08

I had this as a salad built on a flattened pita and with celery sticks on the side. Fat free cottage cheese makes a nice creamy spread while not killing the calories with ranch or other scary things. It was really spicy, but really good! - 3/3/12

A favorite at our house. Serve in half a whole wheat pita with tomato and romaine lettuce, celery stalks on the side. No other sauce needed, just plenty of water! - 8/2/11

I used a bit less hot sauce, but my serving size of chicken was smaller too. I also used apple cider vinegar instead of standard vinegar (was just out of plain vinegar) and it turned out great. Was concerned it would be too hot, but it was delicious. I highly recommend trying this recipe! - 7/19/11

Very Good!!! Husband loved it, but ended up eating like sloppy joes because there was too much sauce. Will cut sauce in half next time so it can be more like a sandwich (pulled pork style). Flavor was awesome, however...Very quick and easy and filling.Added no cheese, just tomatoes, onions &cheese - 6/4/11

I am a little confused...Is the chicken breast already cooked before you add it to the sauce mixture to bake 30 minutes? - 10/10/10

Delicious! I had a hard time stopping eating! 1 ounce per sandwich is a little skimpy. I think I put about 2 ounces on. Will definately make it again! - 9/13/09

I really enjoyed this. It tasted great. My husband only had the complaint that there was too much hot sauce in it. Next time I make it I'll have to put less in it to appease him. - 5/27/09
