Egg White Omlette with Asparagus

Ingredients
3 egg whites.50 oz cheddar grated2 tablespoons non-fat milk.50 asparagus (pre-cooked, great way to use leftovers)dash of milk, approx 3 tablespoonspepper to tastedash of mustard powder
Directions
spray a small frying pan with cooking spray
beat eggs with milk, pepper & mustard powder
cook as you would for an omlette
add cheddar and asparagus to mixture.
Serve w/english muffin or bread of your choice
