Broiled Citrus Cod

6 cod fillets1/2 medium onion, chopped very fine3 cloves of garlic, minced very fine1 tbsp. melted butter1 Lime--juiced2 oranges--juicedZest from orange (about 1-2 tsp)*Zest from lime (optional)
In a small bowl, mix the finely sliced onion and garlic, butter, lime juice, orange juice, and zests. Place Cod on a broiler pan. Spoon mix onto fish (about one heaping tbsp per fish, spread out). Reserve extras. Broil (or bake) for 4 minutes. Remove from oven. Flip fish. Spoon mix onto fish (same as above). Place back in oven and broil for another 4 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
