Ingredients
Half of a 6 oz Tub Fage Greek Fat-Free Yogurt2 tsp Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking1 Small Banana cut up into 1 inch chunks 1/4 tsp Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal4 oz Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (Almond Breeze)1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract, .25 tsp1/4 cup Frozen Peaches (no sugar added)
Directions
Place all ingredients EXCEPT peaches in blender. Once blended, add peaches & process with short quick pulses. (Peaches will cool the shake.)

If too thick, add a little water.
