Cheesy Tuna Veggie Rice Casserole

Ingredients
2 cups cooked Brown Rice (1 cup dry)1 can Chicken Broth1 onion2 stalks celery3 (5 oz. ) cans Bumble bee Tuna in Water3 cups frozen mixed vegetables2 cups cheddar/jack shredded cheese1 can Cream of Chicken
Directions
Cook rice in chicken broth, plus 1/2 cup water

Saute onion and celery until tender. Add mixed vegetables.
Combine with cream of chicken soup, tuna, and 1.5 cups cheese. Place in casserole and bake covered at 350 for 25 minutes. Remove cover. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
