Ingredients
1.5 LBS Lean Ground Beef1.5 C 2% Cottage Cheese2 cups Cheddar Cheese8 Lasagna Noodles8 Oz Cream cheese1 can Tomato Paste1 Can Crushed Tomatoes1 Can Diced Tomatoes
Directions
Cook Pasta
Sauce:
Brown ground beef. Add Tomatoes.
Cheese:
Heat cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute. Stir then add cottage cheese and 1 egg.

Layer 4 noodles, half of meat sauce, cheese mixture, then 1 cup of cheddar cheese.

Layer again, same order. Makes 12 Servings.
