Pan-Seared Talipia

Ingredients
4 pieces of Talipiajuice of 2 lemons2 tbsp of dill weed1 tsp of Garlicsalt and pepper to tasteolive oil pan spray
Directions
Makes two servings of two pieces of fish

Add the lemon juice to the fish in a bowl and allow it to sit for about 5 minutes. Next place a nonstick pan on med heat and spray it with cooking spray. Take the fish out of the lemon juice. Add salt, pepper, garlic and dill. Cook both sides evenly ( about 5-7 mins per side)

Serve with brown rice and steammed veges, My five year old says this is her favorite food.

    Very easy and fast recipe. Mom and kid friendly. Make sure you spray enough cooking spray on nonstick pan, or use Extra virgin olive oil. Delicious!!! I made it with brown rice and raw carrots for a healthy low Carb meal. - 8/4/13
