Paula's Polish Sausage & Apples

Ingredients
1 lb. Hillshire Farms Polska Kielbasa2 apples, cored & sliced (leave skin on)1 can Dole Pineapple Chunks in Pineapple Juice
Directions
1. Slice polish sausage, place in bottom of crock pot.
2. Slice & core apples, place over top of the polish sausage.
3. Pour juice over the top.
4. Cover, cook on low for 3-4 hours until apples are tender but not overcooked.

    I cooked it a little too long and the apples were mush but I liked the flavor. Husband doesn't like cooked fruit and he ate it too. The boy never eats anything I cook so I don't count him. - 4/3/11
