Brown Jasmine Rice Pilaf

Brown Jasmine Rice, long grain, 3 cup cooked (1 cup dry)Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1/4 cup, hulled Raisins, 1/4 cup1 small red onionTurmeric, ground, 1 tsp cardamon spice, ground, 1/2 tsp Soy sauce (tamari), 2 tbsp Mushrooms, fresh, 1/2 cup, slicedGrape Seed Oil, 1 tbspVegetable Broth, 1 cup
Dice onion and slice mushrooms.
Saute in oil until tender, adding spices just before done.
Meanwhile, cook rice as directed adding broth to water, rice, raisins and sunflower seeds.
When rice is done, add onion mixture and soy sauce.
Makes 5 servings.
