*Tilapia filet, 12 oz (remove)Lime Juice, 2 fl oz (remove)*Mrs. Dash Seasoning Blend Fiesta Lime (1/4 tsp .7g), 2 serving (remove)*Mrs. Dash Seasoning Blend Fiesta Lime (1/4 tsp .7g), 1 serving (remove)Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 2 tbsp (remove)*lime zest, 1 tsp (remove)*Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime, 2 tbsp (remove)*MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove)*Mission Yellow Corn Tortilla (2), 2 serving (remove)*Hunt’s Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes, .5 cup (remove)*Dole Shredded Lettuce, 1 cup (remove)*Corn, DelMonte Whole Kernel, No Salt Added (3.5 Servings/Can), 0.25 cup (remove)*Black Beans, 1 can, 15 oz, rinsed, 0.25 cup (remove)*Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt Plain (1 cup), .5 serving (remove)
Drizzle 6oz tilapia fillets with a squeeze of lime juice, add season with Fiesta Lime and dash of salt. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. To make the sauce - mix together 1/2 c. nonfat greek yogurt, 2 tbsp mayo, juice of 1 lime, 1 tsp lime zest, and dash of salt and Fiesta Lime seasoning.
Toast 2 6" corn tortillas in toaster oven and top each with 3 oz tilapia; 2 tbsp corn, 2 tbsp black beans, 1/2 c. shredded cabbage, 1/4 c. diced tomatoes and 2 tbsp. yogurt lime sauce.
