Teppanyaki Scallops

Ingredients
6-8 scallops1 tbsp olive oil2 large chopped garlic cloves1 tsp chopped fresh red chillejuice of half a limeroughly chopped coriandersalt and pepper top taste
Directions
1. Sear the scallops on the Teppanyaki for about 1 min until brown. Or if pan frying, add the olive oil to the pan first.

2. Then turn them over and sprinkle over the garlic cloves and chopped fresh chilli into the pan. Cook for about 1 min more, then squeeze over the juice of the lime.

3. Finish with roughly chopped coriander.

4. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
