Salmon with spinach

Ingredients
1 lb salmon2 cup frozen spinach.5 cup fat free milk.5 cup fat free half and half2 tsp mustard1.5 tbsp soy sauce.5 tsp ground nutmegsalt and peper to taste
Directions
Mix ingredients other than salmon in 12 inch skillet. Add salmon on top, skin down. Sautee for 25 minuts, occasionally basting.

Serving Size: Makes 4 4oz servings of fish; split the spinach in 4
