Swiss Oatmeal

Ingredients
2 cups oatmeal1/14 cups milk (used 1% in nutritional info)3/4 cup raisins1/2 cup orange juice1/3 cup walnut pieces1/8 cup honey1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate overnight. To serve, mix 1/2 cup of swiss oatmeal with about 1/3 cup milk or plain yogurt (my favourite).

Serving Size: makes 6 servings of 1/2 cup each
