Shrimp and Scallop Scampi

Ingredients
Scallops, raw, 2 unit 2 large or 5 small (remove)Shrimp, raw, 14 medium (remove)Olive Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)Brummel & Brown, Original Spread made with Yogurt, 1 Tbsp, 4 serving (remove)Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Garlic, 5 clove (remove)Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp (remove)Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 2.5 cup (remove)Chicken Broth, .45 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
add olive oil, brummel and saute garlic and cliantro. when you can smell the garlic add the broth and set in the scallops. cover and simmer for 2 mins then flip scallops. once scallops are almost cooked, add shrimp and pasta and mix thoroughly. cover simmer for about 5-7 mins.
add salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to taste.
