Baked Parmesan Trout

Ingredients
Ingredients:Rainbow Trout (fish), 8 ozParmesan Cheese, hard, 0.5 ozLemon Juice, 0.5 mL Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped Yoplait Greek 2x protein Plain Yogurt (0% fat), 3 oz Chef Paul Prudhomme's Seafood Magic Seasoning, 0.5 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a glass/metal pan with cooking spray, so your trout won't stick. Set your trout filets in the pan.

Sprinkle trout with Seafood seasoning then, mix all the other ingrdients and brush trout evenly.

Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
