MM MM GOOD! figured i'd share it with the SPers out there!!Recipe:1 slice of bread (at the time i used aunt millies wheat bread 35cal/slice)1 large egg white 15cal1/2 tbsp smooth peanut butter 40cal1/4 of a banana 20cal(cut length wise)1/2 tbsp strawberry preserves/jam 15caltotal cals- 125cals!!FIRST!! clean your george foreman... you don't want garlic taste on your dessert!!put egg white in a small bowl,"dunk" the bread in the bowl with egg whitemake sure AT LEAST one side is coated well with eggspread your peanut butter & jelly on the "dryer" sideplace the 1/4 of banana in the center and roll up!!(i buy them when they are cheap at the farmers market when they are $.19/lb then i strip them and freeze them in packs of 6 or so... i use them in my oatmeal etc... but they keep well in the freezer... so for this recipe i just take a 1/4 of one out)i roll it in A LITTLE cinnamon/sugar before i put it on the grillalso sometimes you may have to put some toothpicks in it to hold it together... after a few of them you'll get the hang of it!!CHEERS!! & ENJOY!!
