Meatballs Turkey and Ground Beef

1-20 oz package 93% lean ground turkey1-16 oz package 93% lean ground beef1 cup plain bread crumbs1 egg, beaten1 medium onion, diced and sauted1 clove minced garlic1 Tbs dried thyme1 Tbs dried basil1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or to taste1/4 cup milk
In a large bowl mix all ingredients. Roll into golf ball size meatballs and brown on all sides in a medium hot non-stick pan. Add a tiny amount of olive oil to keep meatballs from sticking. Remove from pan and put on a cooling rack over paper towels. Work in batches to prevent overcrowding the pan. Add to your favorite sauce and serve over your favorite starch. Or simmer in barbecue sauce and serve with toothpicks for a tasty party appetizer.
