Baked Kale Chips

Ingredients
1 bunch of kaleSalt to tasteExtra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Be sure to rinse and dry kale.

Remove leaves from stems and center ribs.

In a large bowl, toss with olive oil and sprinkle with salt to
taste.

On a large baking sheet, arrange leaves in a single layer.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until crisp.

Place baking sheet on a rack to cool.

(If you have a small oven like me, you'll probably have to do this twice)

    Wow! If only I had known previously that these were so good and so easy to make! Yummy! I used spray olive oil, a bit of salt and pepper, and just the lightest sprinkling of freshly grated parmesan cheese. I also lined my baking sheets with parchment paper. Oh, just wonderful! - 11/15/12

    My husband laughed when I told him I was making Kale Chips. Then after baking the chips of course didn't look anything like potato chips. Each of us cautiously took a bite - then finished all of them! OMG are they good! Thanks for this recipe. - 8/29/11
