Dukan Oat Bran Gallette

Ingredients
1 large egg white2 tablespoons of oat bran2 tablespoons of plain or vanilla greek style yogurt
Directions
in a bowl, whisk egg whites until foamy. in a separate bowl, combine oat bran and yogurt. combine all ingredients. pour mixture into nonstick pan and cook over medium heat for about two minutes per side, or until dark brown on both sides.
