Beef brisket, 5 lbsWright's hickory seasoning liquid smoke, 2 ounces (1/4 bottle)McCormicks Celery Salt 1 tspOnion powder, 1 tspGarlic powder, 1 tspMustard seed, yellow, 1 tspNutmeg, ground, 1 tspBrown Sugar, 1 Tbs packedKraft Barbecue Sauce Hickory Smoke, 1 cup
Combine all ingredients in heavy foil.
Bake at 275 for 4 hours.
Pour some of the juice off if necessary.
Slice across grain.
Add BBQ sauce and bake 2 more hours.
