Whole Wheat Oatmeal Raisen Cookies

1/2 cup butter, softened1/4 cup brown sugar, packed1 cup quick oatmeal, uncooked(not instant)2 large eggs, room temp.1 pkt. stevia1 cup whole wheat flour3/4 cup raisins1/2 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. baking soda
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat all ingredients until well mixed, scraping bowl occasionally.
3. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet.(I use parchment paper)
4. Bake 10-14 minutes, or until lightly browned.
5. Immediately remove cookies to wire rack to cool.
