Oatmeal Oven Pancake

Ingredients

2 eggs1/2 cup white flour1/2 cup whole grain flour1/2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal (NOT instant)1 cup low-fat milk1 tbsp oilStrawberry or other jam
Beat eggs and milk until just mixed.
Add flours, oatmeal, and oil. Mix well.
Pour onto a cookie sheet covered with baking paper.
Bake at 225 C (430 F) for 20 minutes or until brown.
Serve topped with a teaspoon of jam or jelly.
