Blueberry Breakfast Crisp

3/4 cup blueberries1 tablespoon apple juice2 packets ideal (xylitol) sweetener2 tsp corn starch1 tsp vanillaTopping1 tsp Land o Lakes spreadable butter with canola oil1 tablespoon whole wheat pastry flour2 teaspoons brown sugar1 tsp ground cinnamon (or more to taste)2 tablespoons old fashioned oatscanola spray
Mix blueberries, apple juice, ideal, cornstarch and vanilla in single server ramekin.
to make the topping: In small dish mix butter, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon until crumbly. Add in Oats.
Top blueberry mix with the topping. Moisten the top with a couple pumps of some cooking spray so it doesn't dry out since crisps cook from the bottom up.
In convection toaster oven, bake 20 to 25 minutes on convection bake at 350 degrees.
