Ingredients
Filling:1 lb ground pork1-1.5 lb shredded cabbage2 TBSP sesame oil1 1/2 TBSP soy sauce2 cup chopped green onion1/2 TBSP fresh chopped ginger1/4 tsp black pepper1 tsp salt1 tsp chili oil60 gyoza wrappers (hong kong brand used for calories)
Directions
Put filling in the middle of wrapper. Fold. Pinch closed. Use a little water around the edges if too dry.
Put Gyoza in about 1 TBSP oil in large fry pan and fry covered and not moving until bottoms look golden brown. Add 1/2 cup water and recover pan. Let steam for 3-5 minutes.
Can also boil if desired.
