Blueberry Banana Mini-Muffins

Ingredients
1 box Jiffy Oatmeal Muffin Mix1 box Jiffy Bran with Dates Muffin Mix2 large eggs3/4 cup non-fat milk1/3 tbsp honey1/2 tsp ground cinnamon2 tbsp wheat germ1/2 cup Quaker Quick Oats2 tbsp milled flax seed2 sm bananas, mashed1 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Spray 2 mini-muffin pans (24 muffins per pan) with non-stick cooking spray and fill evenly with batter. Bake at 400 for 5-6 minutes. Makes 48 mini-muffins.

Change it up by adding various berries or apple sauce.
