6 tbsp Ground Almond5 tsps ground cinnamon2 tsps splenda1 egg1 tbsp Butterhalf tsp baking powder
Directions
Easy! chuck everything into a sturdy mug, mix with a fork until it forms a past, microwave on high for 1-2 minutes. Turn out, allow to cool, can be buttered, toasted or eaten plain.
