Ingredients
8 scoops protein3 cups oats (old-fashioned)1 pkg sugar free, fat free pudding mix2 cups skim milk
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Spray square pan with nonstick cooking spray. Press mixture into pan, refridgerate or freeze until firm. Cut into 12 bars.
