Couscous, 1 cup rawBlack Eyed Peas (cooked, drained) 330 gramsCarrots, raw, 80 grams (remove)Canola Oil, 1.25 tbsp (remove)Maggi Chicken Flavor Noodle Soup Mix, 8 gram(s) (remove)Parsley, 10 grams (remove)
Directions
boil water for 2 mins, add oil and some salt or maggi soup broth mix for more flavor, pour over dry couscous and let it sit for 3 minutes.

afterward, stir. Then add parsley, carrots and beans. then refrigerate if you want it as a cold salad or eat it warm with some meat or fish on te side. That's it
